Susan Kealy

Susan is a certified coach and trainer and a registered psychologist specialising in Organisational and Career Psychology. Over the years she has worked with companies of all shapes and sizes including KPMG, Solas/FAS and Australia Post, facilitating people through transition. She is also highly experienced in the design of selection systems and therefore has intimate knowledge of that factors that lead to person-organisation fit; she now applies this knowledge to help direct people toward careers that will make them happier.

Much career support today focuses narrowly on academic strengths or (often incorrect) speculation about the viability of different industries in the future, therefore missing out on huge pieces of the puzzle. Additionally, it often totally neglects the factors that lead to fulfillment and happiness at work. Recognising this, Susan designed a system to take account of the hard skills, strengths, purpose, personality and interests as well as the current realities of each individual.  She uses this information to identify personalised matches with suitable career areas and to build value propositions that get jobs.
